"Looks cool, but it really hurts my hand"
I really wanted to like this mouse because it looks cool, but it just doesn’t feel comfortable to use. It feels cramped and a bit heavy in my hand, and after about 20 minutes my wrist starts hurting. Really not the best if you need something for long use.

"Fair Price, Not Perfect Quality"
I’d say the price is fair, so I can’t complain too much. The quality could definitely be better, though. I mean, for what it costs it’s okay, but also I kind of expected it to feel a bit nicer.

"Decent selection, but room to improve"
Well... they’ve got a decent mix of gaming stuff, but a few things I was looking for were either missing or a bit hard to track down. Overall, it’s not a bad place to shop, I just wish the product range was a little wider.

I did get my order in the end, so I’m happy about that, but the shipping updates were slow and left me wondering what was going on for a bit. The packaging was fine and everything arrived okay, though it wasn’t anything special. Overall, not a bad experience, just not the smoothest either.

I got the headset and it looks original. I checked the serial number too and it came back fine, which made me feel better. The only thing is the packaging was a bit rough, so now I’m kind of second-guessing it. I’ve been fooled before with stuff that looked real at first, so I’m not 100% confident yet

"Wish I’d Gone With a Different Mouse"
I bought a Fantech mouse thinking it would be a decent pickup, and it felt okay at first. But after using it for a bit, the sensor started skipping and sometimes the clicks just wouldn’t register. I tried different mouse pads and switched USB ports, but nothing really fixed it. It’s especially frustrating when gaming, and now I kind of regret not spending my money on something else. I wouldn’t buy it again

"Confusing site and a lot of vague promises"
I was just trying to find the right drivers for my device, but the whole site felt confusing and harder to use than it should be. The software download didn’t work properly, and the support info seemed outdated. They make it sound like everything will be quick and easy, but it’s all vague and not actually helpful when you need something basic. I ended up wasting way too much time on it

"Muddy sound and weak volume"
I bought a headset from fantechworld.com the sound just isn’t good. The bass comes off muddy, voices feel like they’re way in the background, and music or games end up sounding flat.
I tried messing with the settings and switching ports, but it barely helped. For the price, I really think they should’ve at least made the audio clear. Kind of feels like Fantech missed the basics here, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought this from fantechworld.com, the battery life is trash. This little battery-guzzling clown dies way faster than I expected, even when I’m just using it normally. Feels like I’m constantly plugging it in, which gets old real quick. Annoying for everyday use, and I’m definitely not happy with it.

"Disappointing first order"
I ordered from fantechworld for the first time, the packaging really put me off. The box showed up completely crushed, and inside there was barely any padding, so everything was just moving around loose. As someone who’s careful about tech gear and expects it to arrive safely, this felt really careless. The item does still work, thankfully, but the whole unboxing experience felt cheap for what I paid. Not the best first impression.

"Delivery Was a Mess"
The delivery timeline was so confusing. At first it looked like it was coming one day, then nothing updated for ages, and I had to keep checking the tracking myself to figure out what was going on. It ended up taking way longer than I expected. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Broke way too fast"
I bought this from fantechworld.com it was disappointing. The plastic felt cheap right out of the box, and after not even using it that long, the buttons started getting loose and it began creaking like crazy. I don’t even use my stuff roughly, so it was frustrating to see it fall apart so quickly. What made it worse was having to wait, only to end up with something that felt like it was made to break. I really expected it to last longer...

I placed my order because the item was clearly showing as available, so I figured everything was fine and I’d just wait for it to ship. Then after the order went through, they contacted me and said it was actually out of stock. It was frustrating because I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place if the stock status had been accurate.

The website looks messy and old-fashioned to me. The colors don’t really go together, and it takes more effort than it should to find what I’m looking for. I also expected things to respond a bit faster while navigating around. Overall, it just doesn’t leave a great impression.

Using the site was frustrating. I wasn’t expecting something simple to turn into a whole stressful chore, but the pages were slow, the menu felt all over the place, and I had to keep clicking around just to find basic things. Even checkout was more confusing than it should’ve been. I just wanted to place an order, not deal with a mini headache.

"Charged right away but left in the dark"
I paid for my order and the money came off my card immediately, but then the website just kind of froze there like nothing had actually gone through. I didn’t get a clear confirmation or proper receipt at first, so I was just sitting there wondering if I’d been charged for nothing.

I ended up having to contact support and wait around just to find out whether my order even existed, which felt unfair when I’d already done my part and paid. It was a really stressful payment experience, and I don’t think I’ll be using the site again

"Keyboard has been really frustrating"
I bought a keyboard from Fantechworld it’s been a annoying experience. The weird part is, it doesn’t fail all the time, but just often enough to drive me crazy. Some keys don’t register properly, sometimes it double types, and when I’m gaming the response feels a bit laggy. I tried switching USB ports and messing with the settings, but nothing really fixed it. For the price, I expected it to at least work normally. Definitely not happy with it.

"I had to claim warranty for my…"
I had to claim warranty for my Fantech mouse and, to be fair, support did reply, and they replaced it in the end, so that was good. The whole process, though, was kind of slow, and I had to follow up a few times. Not a terrible experience, just wish it had been a bit smoother.
